After filling out the Get Started form one of our Customer Care Agents will contact you to establish an IDX feed for your listings to our service. If you do not have an IDX (data) feed set up for your Agency, we can provide an alternative method to acquire the listings, photos and property descriptive information to post them into our listings channels.
The techmediamarketing system will create and provide you with your own YouTube Account (if you already have your own YouTube Account we can post to that one instead).
Each day the techmediamarketing system will automatically take your new listing along with up to 9 photos and feed the descriptive text to our spoken text narrative software and create a video slide show (mini-movie) for each of those listings and post them individually on YouTube.
As still pictures and property listing descriptions are created into Video Slide Shows they are also tagged with relevant information so that search engines will pick up the listings and rank them in their indexes. Google owns YouTube and indexes their listings in about 4-8 days. The index rankings, also known as Page Rank on Google [define], change how they are determined and can effect the relevancy for a listing. Changes can be unpredictable. The relevancy rules are effected by a number of factors that vary by market, time of the year, volume of listings and a number of factors which generally are unpublished by the search engines. Our work includes the discovery of successful search engine "relevancy" factors to help increase your listings indexes. Every day we test various patterns and methods to determine the most successful methods for your Agency to gain superior search engine results.
At the same time that the listing are being posted to YouTube, your listings are also other media sites Media Sites which help the relevancy of each listing along with your web site.
Each listing is linked back to your web site along with the ability for you to add tracking phone numbers.
Once the listing is dropped from the data feed it is automatically removed from the Internet channels and dropped from the indexes.
